Preseason notes

In 2019 Yuba, should have its biggest track team in Yuba's History with the most talent. Yuba will bring back the Nation's Best Freshman Heptathlete and a record number of Multi athlete's to push each other. On the track, Yuba brings back the entire 4X1 team that took 6th in Nor Cal just missing State by one spot, with 20 plus new sprinters trying to take those spots. It will be the best competition in a long time for Yuba. On the jumps, we brought in the most talented group ever, it will be fun to see who can raise to the top. On the Throwers side, after dominating California again with 6 going to State, and having the State champion, we are rebuilding on the guys side and as usual the girls are primed and ready to dominate again. On the distance side, we will have more numbers than in my 7 years at Yuba with the Steeple Chase record on the ropes on the female side. Finally Pole Vault will see over 12 athletes this year, by far the biggest PV crew we've ever had, with a good chance that the girls record will fall again for the 3rd time in seven years. All and all this on paper is a very young, but very talented team that needs to put the work in to become Yuba's Best.
